A Case Study: The Bank of Montreal

We have built all of the Bank of Montreal (BMO) Canadian banking and corporate office facilities (excluding Quebec). Through a construction management alliance, we have helped minimize PCL’s and BMO’s risk, maximized BMO’s leverage in the construction management process and has significantly reduced BMO’s in-house administrative costs for construction.

Our work with BMO is open-book. The bank's construction team members can access our internal systems and costs.

We collaboratively establish routines and controls. This includes programming, project management, budget approvals, reporting, costing, and quality.

We host annual nation-wide partnering and team-building sessions. 

Result: we help reduce BMO’s costs. Our work with BMO is performed on a reimbursable and sliding fee basis, with incentives for savings.
