At PCL, you are more than just an employee. You have the opportunity to own part of one of the most dynamic companies in North America and contribute to a successful team that works hard, plays hard, and makes a difference in your community.

PCLers thrive in high-energy environments, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and are passionate about their work. This is because each position within PCL ensures the success of each PCL project… and PCL has worked on some exciting projects! It’s one of the many reasons that when people join PCL, they don’t want to leave. PCL offers challenging opportunities and believes in promoting from within.

Although working at one of the largest construction contracting companies can be demanding, it is also a lot of fun. Social events are a part of life at PCL, such as the annual Schmauch Cup Tournament—a company-wide hockey tournament held in various locations throughout North America. If hockey isn’t for you, there are BBQs, golf tournaments, and numerous other events to take part in.
Whether it is a successful project bid, the completion of a project, or a milestone anniversary, PCL marks accomplishments with celebrations. In addition, PCL’s commitment to health and wellness will give you lots of options to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. With many health and wellness initiatives in each of PCL’s offices or operations, you can find one that suits you.

PCL also believes in making a difference in the communities in which employees work and live. PCL has many company-wide initiatives, such as supporting the United Way or Habitat for Humanity with donations and volunteers, providing a multi-year financial commitment to the Red Cross, and supporting local charities identified by employees. By joining PCL, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in your community.
