“I recognize and am humbled by the great tradition of the PCL leaders who have come before me. I am especially thankful that two of those great leaders, Ross Grieve and Joe Thompson, remain with us. PCL remains stronger than ever as we begin our second century and we have a bold plan. We have managed through many cycles in the past and I am tremendously confident that we will be even stronger as we come through this one,” said Paul Douglas, PCL’s new president and CEO. Paul went on to stress the importance of all PCL employees continuing to model construction excellence and live the PCL values, which have been at the root of the organization’s success since 1906.
