PCL Named Best Employer in Canada

EDMONTON, Alberta – The PCL family of companies is pleased to announce that we have been named the best place to work in Canada by Hewitt Associates’ 50 Best Employers in Canada survey. Our first-place ranking is up from second in 2009.

The main measure is each organization’s employee engagement score, which evaluates the emotional and intellectual commitment that employees demonstrate for their organizations. The 2010 study collected information from over 108,000 employees and over 1,200 leadership team executives across 106 organizations.
