PCL Seattle Awarded The Bravern Signature Residences

SEATTLE, Washington – PCL Construction Services, Inc. (Seattle) has been awarded The Bravern Signature Residences in Bellevue, Washington.

The project consists of two thirty-three-story residential condominium towers with 455 units that are part of a larger two-block development, including underground parking, two levels of retail, and two other office towers. The condominium units are targeted to executive buyers and include a number of high-end finishes and amenities.

Construction began on April 1, 2008 and is scheduled for completion on March 31, 2010.
