The 18.8-acre plot in greater Victoria is currently home to several retail stores, restaurants, a gas station, and an oil-change stop. The new facility, when both phases are completed, will be 1,689,000 square feet and will introduce an open, village-square design to patrons and retailers in the area. The project will be phased over forty-two months, with many existing tenants remaining open during the first phase.
