Enright Capital is an office development situated at a prominent intersection between Calgary’s central Beltline and Sunalta communities. The building consists of a two-level, below-grade parking garage with three levels of above-grade retail and office tenant space. The office spaces provide unimpeded panoramic views of Calgary’s downtown skyline, while the retail spaces benefit from open exposure to the adjacent 14 Street and 11 Avenue.
The Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) office fitout included two floors of premium office space, with the fitout contract successfully awarded from a competitive bid and then added to the original project scope. PCL completed both the base building and office fitout scopes of work; this allowed construction to be sequenced simultaneously. The project team were able to provide the value-added benefit of delivering the full building, ready for tenant occupancy, without the need for an extension to the project schedule.
