PCL Construction and United Way Help Homless Connect
Edmonton, Alberta (October 8, 2015) – Looking for some good news to end the week? PCL Construction will be holding an event Friday morning at its main campus to load up this year’s United Way donation challenge. The need to help our city’s homeless and those who may be facing homelessness continues. Over 2400 personal care kits were gathered and filled by PCL employees which will ultimately be delivered to Homeless Connect guests later this month.

Location: PCL Construction – 5410 99 Street (Entrance to our parking lot is across the street from Deboers Golf/Beachcomber Hot Tubs on 99 St.)
Visual: We will be loading the bins containing the care kits onto a waiting truck. Visuals of the kits are also available, along with video and photos of the kits previously being assembled.
Interview: PCL and United Way representatives will be available to comment on the donation challenge and the impact it will have in the Capital Region.
