PCL Construction Awarded New JW Marriott Hotel at Bonnet Creek

Orlando, FL (January 16, 2018) – PCL Construction Services, Inc. has been awarded the multimillion-dollar JW Marriott hotel at Bonnet Creek, adjacent to Walt Disney World.
 

The new 516-room JW Marriott hotel will feature ballrooms and meeting spaces, a spa, rooftop destination bar, and several restaurants. Exterior amenities will include a 944-car parking garage, two pools, a hot tub, outdoor pool bar, tennis court, basketball court, and putting green. PCL will self-perform the 40,000-cubic-yard concrete package. The project began in December 2017, and completion is scheduled for December 2019. According to Smith Travel Research, The JW Marriott at Bonnet Creek will only be the third luxury-style resort adjacent to Walt Disney World.
