PCL Construction, Inc. Awarded $112-million Wastewater Treatment Plant Project

PHOENIX, Arizona – The PCL family of companies is pleased to announce that Phoenix-based PCL Construction Inc. has been awarded the $112-million contract for the San Jacinto Valley Regional WRF Tertiary Treatment Upgrade & Plant 2 Facilities in San Jacinto, California.  

Construction of this project will expand the municipal wastewater treatment capacity of the existing facility to 15.4 million gallons per day and will also allow the facility to meet the state of California's stringent Title 22 treatment requirements.

Construction is scheduled to commence in September 2010, with scheduled completion in November 2014.
