Orlando, FL (October 29, 2015) – PCL Construction has begun construction on the Citi Tower, a 25 story luxury apartment complex in downtown Orlando, Florida.
“The PCL team is very excited to build such a great building in downtown Orlando,” said Rick Goldman. “The new apartment project in downtown Orlando gives residents a chance to enjoy the live-play-work environment.”
The new 494,000-square-foot, high-rise apartment complex has 233 units, a 345-space integrated parking structure, and approximately 9,000 square feet of retail space. The project also includes a rooftop pool and amenities deck, concierge services, a club and lounge area, and tenant storage facilities.
The Citi Tower is set to bring more upscale rental units to a hot apartment market as downtown’s luxury high-rise towers are attracting plenty of renters and keeping the immediate area’s occupancy rate up. The project is being developed by East SDG CitiTower, LLC, and the designer is Baker Barrios Architects. The leasing and property management company is Epoch Residential.
Construction will begin in October 2015 and will be complete in July 2017.
