sustainable-design standard in the US continues to be the US Green Building
Council (USGBC)’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®)
luxury residential tower in Honolulu, Hawaii, which is targeting LEED® Gold
certification, contributed to PCL’s ENR
ranking. The project is scheduled for completion in October 2016.
