Alaska Airlines Concourse C Lounge

Project Overview

PCL Construction recently completed the renovation of approximately 7,000 square feet for Alaska Airlines at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. This renovation created the newest passenger lounge for Alaska at the end of the C Concourse. Work took place across levels of the concourse in order to support the new lounge.

The scope included the complete demolition of the prior tenant’s space. The structure was then upgraded to carry additional mechanical equipment on the roof. Two new restrooms and a commercial kitchen were installed. New View glass windows were installed at the exterior of the new lounge and high-end finishes were installed throughout.

This is Alaska’s third lounge at Sea-Tac Airport, and it offers a fresh design with high ceilings that maximize the natural light. With an amazing view of the main runway and the Olympic Mountains, it is hard to beat the location. The lounge is a place where travelers can take a break in between flights. In the lounge there are TVs throughout, free Wi-Fi, snacks, beverages, and plenty of comfortable seating where you can recharge your devices before your next flight.
