Project Overview

The Alaska Airlines Board Room is a gathering place for Alaska Airlines' customers when flying through Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Customers can enjoy the peaceful lounge area, free wifi, charging stations, snacks and complimentary juices, soda, coffee, beer, wine, and cocktails. Memberships to the facility and one-day passes are both available.

The 3,227-square-foot build-out of the facility included demolishing existing walls and doors, and the construction of new gypsum wallboard partition walls, all finishes, casework and millwork, kitchen equipment, mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical.
