Cargill Parkers Lake Facility

Project Overview

Cargill Parkers Lake Facility is a 21,000-square-foot build-out of an existing office/warehouse space into food and ingredient research labs. The design-build project includes five separate labs: Wet, Dry, Bake, Customer, and Analytical. Special considerations for food preparation included epoxy counter tops and metal casework.

Along with the research labs, PCL created common spaces such as a break room, offices, and multiple conference rooms. “Art of the Start” cost modeling was used to develop the design concept and initial estimates.
