Delta Air Lines Seattle Sky Club

Project Overview

This project constructed a 23,400-square-foot, two-story, premium lounge for Delta Air Lines. The construction required adding new second- and third-story spaces above an existing baggage-handling building, which is located on the airside and adjacent to Concourses A and B at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

The Sky Club includes 18,900 square feet of concourse level and 3,000 square feet of mezzanine level spaces, as well as a new mechanical tower. The Sky Club building is a steel frame structure and features window wall, view glass, raised access flooring, a full commercial kitchen, and membrane roof. The luxury interior finishes include tile, carpet, custom cabinetry, signage, and multiple art installations. Bathrooms, showers, and a spa offer passengers a place to relax and refresh. The facility also boasts a bar and comfortable seating throughout, with outlets at nearly every seat.
