PCL provided preconstruction services and general contracting services on this 14-story condominium project. The building includes three levels of below-grade parking, one level of retail, and 113 condominium units. The street-level brick façade of the building is reminiscent of the industrial buildings that once occupied the area. The tower’s exterior skin is glass and concrete.
PCL worked with the City of San Diego to obtain a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy prior to total completion of the project. This allowed the client to close sale of the units on the lower levels while the units on the upper floors were completed. It also allowed the client to start loan payments sooner.
