The South Minneapolis Regional Service Center is a five-story, 100,000-square-foot, transit-oriented facility that provides a variety of human services to the community. The center sits on top of a two-story, 160,000-square-foot parking structure. It’s pedestrian-friendly, being adjacent from the Lake Street/Midtown Blue Line LRT Station. The center is split into different areas that include office and training spaces, conference rooms, main-level retail spaces, and a living green roof. The center offers connections to a number of programs and services, such as early childhood education, applications for food and medical assistance, and support for senior citizens.
