In business for over a century, The Hill Companies have firmly established themselves as leaders in real estate development and in the business community. Their twin towers are a city symbol and the most recognizable buildings in downtown Regina.
Located in the heart of the downtown business district, the 22-story Hill Centre Tower I and the 20-story Tower II are cast-in-place concrete structures with blue semi-reflective glass curtain wall. Featuring 11-degree splayed walls, the structure also includes one level of underground parking, a four-unit elevator bank and a pedestrian connection. PCL constructed both towers under a Construction Management Guaranteed Maximum Price contract.
Both PCL and Harvard Developments (the real estate/property management entity of The Hill Companies) have Saskatchewan roots, are expanding throughout North America, and have successfully been doing business for over one hundred years. The two have partnered to successfully complete various projects ranging in complexity, size, and scope — from demolition to tenant improvements to the erection of new office buildings.
