Project Overview

Transportation efficiency was achieved when a new office complex was constructed for easy access to I-405, SR 520 and the I-90 corridor. Three, six-story office buildings were placed in Bellevue’s business core over a four-level, below-grade parking structure. PCL’s top-down construction methods were used for the perimeter wall shoring, reinforced vertical concrete, and posttensioned horizontal slabs. This excellent method allowed timely execution that dovetailed with the construction of three separate structural steel office buildings.

A combination of curtain wall, punched windows, metal wall panels, precast concrete, and masonry brick panels wrap the exterior in a textured, artful envelope.

This complex is all business, but its 480,000-square-foot footprint is softened by a landscape rich in native plant treatments. It is a preferred destination for Northwest businesses.
