WallyPark continues to raise the bar in the private park-and-fly industry with the addition of this flagship parking garage. The five-story, 1,600-stall parking structure in SeaTac, Washington, is a cast-in-place, posttensioned moment frame structure designed to be completely open. WallyPark also provides 21,250 square feet of retail, offices, and a full auto detailing and service shop. The face of the structure — with curtain wall, metal panels, and stucco — minimizes the typical garage appearance look.
Thanks to two cast-in-place storm water detention vaults, the PCL team saved the owner over $900,000 during Phase 1 of this project. The team went on to deliver the completed garage with a safety record of zero recordable incidents.
