Project Features/Highlights

  • Bulk of construction activity to take place in winter months with significant heating and hoarding.

Current Progress

February 2008:
Buildings A and C are complete.  Building B steel and deck are complete, and steel stud installation has just commenced, to be followed by exterior finishes, roofing and sitework.  Project is scheduled for a late May completion.

Project Description

The Aspen Stone Commons project consists of three new mix-used retail buildings and associated sitework.  Building "A" has a 6,600 square foot outline and is a one storey wood frame structure.  Building "B" is a 14,000 square foot outline, two storey above-grade, one level parkade below-grade structure.  Building "C" is a 3,200 square foot one storey wood frame structure.  All buildings will have future retail tenants.
