Project is complete with only a few minor landscaping items remaining. PDI inspections are almost complete in both towers and some residents have started moving in to their new homes in Tower Q. PCL and Concord Adex are working together closely to ensure the resident move-in phase occurs smoothly and without incident.

Project Description

This project involves the construction of two residential condominium towers; the 38-storey Tower R and the 18-storey Tower Q. The 712-suite complex will also include an 8-storey loft building and a 2-level underground parking garage with 697 spaces.

The project is part of the Concord Adex "CityPlace" development in which eighteen condominium towers will be built on the Toronto Railway Lands west of Rogers Centre. The CityPlace development, when complete, will cover 44 acres, add over 6,000 condominiums to the Toronto downtown area and will cost $1.5 billion.
