Current Progress
(as of March 28, 2008) Slab on grade is complete and the P1 and ground floor slabs are progressing well. Walls and verticals from ground to second floor have commenced with an initial second floor pour within 2 weeks. Project Description
This project involves the construction of 2 condominium towers: one 38-storeys and one 18-storeys. Also included are 2 levels of underground parking for 626 vehicles, an amenity area, and an outdoor water feature. The project is part of the Concord Adex "CityPlace" development in which eighteen condominium towers will be built on the Toronto Railway Lands west of Rogers Centre. The CityPlace development, when complete, will cover 44 acres, add over 6,000 condominiums to the Toronto downtown area and will cost $1.5 billion.
