This project involved the construction of a 38-storey high rise condominium tower, an 18-storey low rise and a 9-storey mid rise condominium buildings containing, in total, 835 suites. There are 3 levels of underground parking with 778 spaces. The project was part of the Concord Adex "CityPlace" development in which eighteen condominium towers are being built on the Toronto Railway Lands west of Rogers Centre. The CityPlace development, when complete, will cover 44 acres, add over 6,000 condominiums to the Toronto downtown area and will cost $1.5 billion.
