Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel

Turtle Creek Casino and Hotel consists of an 7-story, 137 room hotel with approximately 70,000 sf of gaming space and 125,000 sf of back of house, mechanical, conference space, offices and restaurants. Overall the project is about 330,000 sf. The project site is 27 acres with the existing operating casino being left in place until the new casino is operational. At the point it will be demolished and a parking lot and entry circle installed.
