New 144,850 SF food production facility in St. Paul, MN. The primary line produces hamburger buns with space for two future lines. Project includes, freezer storage and silos for flour storage. Owners equipment includes proofers, ovens, packaging, mixers, metal detectors, and splitters. Steel mezzanines for equipment and storage located in three locations. Approximately 12,000 SF is new offices, conference rooms, locker rooms, restrooms, break room, gowning rooms, and 19 bay loading docks. PCL's scope includes all civil structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and finishes. Project will be LEED certified.
