Amtrak - New Cascades Maintenance Facility (Phase 1) and New Warehouse, Administrative, Health and Welfare Building (Phase 2)

This design-build project consists of a 53,304 sf prefabricated steel building maintenance facility and a 55,912 sf 3-story structural steel Administration, Warehouse, and Health and Welfare Building.  Scope of work includes renovating the existing wheel truing pits, relocating the Talgo wheel truing equipment, and updating the existing facility. To meet the 30-month schedule, we developed a phase construction schedule, which includes relocating rail track and equipment necessary to complete the project, while keeping the railyard open during construction.
