This new 6-building facility, known as Antler Hill Village, is located on 18-acres next to the existing winery on Biltmore property. The buildings house restaurants, retail, specialty shops, a theater/exhibit hall, an outdoor center and restrooms. Scope also included approximately 8-acres of parking and minor renovations to the existing winery's first floor.
Originally the home of George Vanderbilt, the Biltmore is recognized as the largest private home in America and is host to more than a million visitors annually.
