- 62-ton overheade crane spanning 90'.
- 500 tons of pipe rack steel
- columns in the turbine hall weighed 40,000 pounds each and were shipped one column per truck.

Project Description

PCL Construction Management Inc. was sole sourced for the supply and erection of the pre-engineered metal building shell for this project due to the tight fast-track schedule.  The entire building was erected in seven months with the majority of the erection being performed in the winter.

The project consisted of a turbine hall, truck bay, cooling tower pumphouse, warehouse, and administration building for a total of 65,000 square feet with the highest portion being 90' tall.
