Harbour View Estates, Phases I & II

This 1.4 million SF luxury condominium development added a 50-storey tower, a 42-storey tower and an 8-storey loft building to Toronto's downtown skyline. The structure consists of cast-in-place concrete slabs along with cast-in-place shear walls and columns. The exterior envelope is clad in a window wall system along with metal panels. In total, this development includes 1,041 condominium suites, 3 levels of underground parking and a daycare centre.
