An office building gets a change and an update: This adaptive reuse project converts 11 floors in this 22-story office building into high-end condominiums in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. The project will house 132 live/work units in 249,102SF and commercial office space in the rest of the structure. The ground floor will accommodate 6,000SF of tenant common area. The subterranean parking structure will provide 164 spaces for the homeowners.
