PHOENIX - (Oct. 17, 2019) – From San Luis Obispo, California to Miami, Florida, PCL is repairing, replacing and constructing water and wastewater infrastructure. Since January, PCL’s Water Infrastructure Group has been awarded nine projects ranging in size from minor repairs to new plants, totaling more than $445 million, including the $110 million San Luis Obispo Water Resource Recovery Facility.
