PCL partners with third-party recruiting agencies and sincerely believes that its continued success relies on its ability to attract top talent. PCL respects the time and energy required to source qualified and interested candidates. Knowing this, PCL
works with a group of preferred vendors that have been selected as a result of an intense screening and evaluation process carried out by the organization’s Talent Acquisition Group.
Preferred vendors work very closely with PCL’s talent acquisition specialists and have demonstrated their ability to deliver high-quality candidates. They are very knowledgeable of the AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) industry and are considered strategic partners of PCL.
Owing to the high volume of solicitations and the competitive landscape for identifying talent, PCL performs an annual assessment of its preferred vendor list. All recruiting contracts are renewed annually and are good for one year, unless terminated.
BECOMING A THIRD-PARTY RECRUITING VENDOR
If you would like to be considered as a potential preferred vendor, please contact PCL via e-mail through talentacquisitionUS@PCL.com
. Include information about your firm as well as a primary point of contact. Please note that providing this information DOES NOT qualify you as a preferred vendor.
All vendors must have an executed PCL preferred vendor agreement, signed by the manager of Talent Acquisition. Any résumé submitted to any employee will be considered the property of PCL unless a PCL preferred vendor agreement is in place. PCL will not have any obligation to pay a placement fee unless a valid preferred vendor agreement is in place.
Securing a signed preferred vendor agreement from the manager of Talent Acquisition is the only way you will be paid. Verbal commitments from any other member of the PCL staff will not be considered binding terms.
PCL will not pay a fee to a third-party recruiter that has not coordinated their recruiting activity with a member of the Talent Acquisition Group.
It is the responsibility of all third-party recruiting/staffing agencies to know this policy.
