Gary is a nearly 40-year industry professional and has been building major sports facilities since 1985. Along with those decades comes extensive first-hand knowledge, as well as programmatic and cost data that benefits clients. It’s important to Gary that everyone involved in his projects are making the most informed decisions possible driven by data and experience.
Gary’s experience extends internationally to several world-class facilities including the buildings used for the Salt Lake Winter Olympics in Utah, 2002 World Cup Sangam Stadium in South Korea, multiple facilities for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar and the Brian Lara Cricket Stadium in Trinidad. Central to Gary’s projects are making safety a priority from the design phase through construction so that safety protocols align with the intended use of the finished building. He also puts equal amount of thought into the stadium as he does the surrounding campus for larger facilities.
“I have the best job in the world,” says Gary brightly. Not only is he passionate about sports facilities, but Gary finds it awe-inspiring to bring together a team of people who all have a shared goal of bringing the best possible experience to attendees and achieving the owner’s vision. He especially enjoys coming up with creative solutions to difficult problems.
