This design-build stadium and athletics complex, delivered for Saddleback College, boasts an array of state-of-the-art facilities. The centerpiece is an 8,000-seat stadium, which is complemented by a nine-lane International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) Certified track. Adjacent to these is a synthetic turf field integrated with a wet down system that reduces the turf’s temperature by 10-12 degrees and uses cryogenic rubber. The field was designed to accommodate NCAA football, soccer, and lacrosse matches. Additionally, there is a separate turf soccer field, alongside a USA Track and Field standard thrower’s park.

The sports complex is stacked on three levels. The main story includes multiple training rooms for athletes equipped with an ice room, hydrotherapy room, locker room, referee rooms and team rooms. The concourse is on the second level, which is an open-concept design created for social events. This level allows for an overall view of the football practice field, soccer field and track fields. The third level features designated control rooms for media, television and radio, including retractable windows for full visibility for cameras and equipment during games. The 40-foot-wide by 20-foot-tall LED video/scoreboard display has a unique control room where statistics and information can be streamed live.

For spectators' convenience, concession stands are available, along with a viewing platform that offers panoramic views of both the field and practice areas. The complex also houses private event rooms, a modern press box, and team meeting rooms. The facility is rounded off with a state-of-the-art scoreboard and a modern sound system, and integrated Wi-Fi technologies. Moreover, the entire complex adheres to full ADA compliance, ensuring accessibility for all.
