We recognize that everyone’s journey through life is not the same. To construct buildings for diverse international communities and to thrive as a 100% employee-owned company, we need to include people of all backgrounds to ensure their perspectives and experiences are seen, heard and reflected through our work. Our 100-plus-year tradition of construction excellence would not be possible if we were not intentionally inclusive of people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Our diversity and inclusion efforts go beyond occasional training and, instead, are always integrated throughout the entire company. We’ve established sector-wide Diversity and Inclusion councils championed by our executive leadership that are supported by district-level chapters and committees. Through hands-on and localized dialogue, collaboration and action, we can achieve our goals faster and more efficiently .
