Beginning his career with a certification as a journeyman plumber pipefitter before obtaining a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Alberta, Roger Keglowitsch joined PCL in 1992 as a field engineer. Since then he has advanced from project manager to construction manager to vice president and senior vice president. In 2013, Roger was appointed to PCL’s Board of Directors and in 2017, he was appointed chief operating officer for PCL’s Heavy Industrial division, overseeing operations across North America. 

Over the course of his career, Roger has led some of PCL’s most significant projects and worked with clients across a variety of industrial sectors including power, oil and gas, petrochemical and mining. From planning to site fabrication to execution and ongoing maintenance, Roger, along with the entire heavy industrial group, promises clients a fully tailorable project solution.
