Founded in 1906 in Stoughton, Saskatchewan, PCL has grown from a family business into a group of integrated construction companies. Over the last century, we’ve grown from our humble roots to being an innovative, forward-thinking contractor that services clients in commercial buildings, civil infrastructure and industrial markets. Today, PCL has two Saskatchewan offices located in Saskatoon and Regina.

It is the philosophy and practice of PCL to draw on the resources of the local area of any project we are constructing. Not only does this establish positive community relations, but also shares the economic benefits with the local resources, which makes sound economic sense. We intend to make a positive difference to the communities where we operate. We prioritize the hiring and development of Indigenous and local qualified tradespeople and work with local and Indigenous subcontractors and suppliers where available.

PCL is one of only a few construction companies to be a signatory to the Saskatchewan Indigenous Engagement Charter, which aims to further the engagement of Indigenous Peoples, Indigenous-owned businesses and Indigenous communities in the economy.
