Dan can take a step back and look at the bigger picture of his structures and think about the impacts to the local communities beyond the build. In the industrial sector, the factories and facilities he builds are handed over to owners that will hire local workers, in turn stimulating the local economy. Dan humbly believes that while the industrial work he does doesn't always make the headlines, they are still valuable additions to communities, towns and cities that depend on the revenue.

When the going gets tough, the tough get going. Dan sees himself as someone who runs toward the fire to face the challenge head on and tries to resolve things quickly. Dan also tries to prevent issues from flaring up in the first place by being proactive. He puts his team above everything else and does his best to help whenever he can.

Dan joined the company with an extensive background in electrical engineering and a specific expertise around project planning. When he was promoted into a project management role, his mindset had to shift. Instead of focusing on the technical details, he's shifted his mindset to the people. Dan enjoys being able to provide leadership to his team to achieve common goals with his clients.
