The owner, Gernot Langes-Swarovski, creator of renowned crystal artwork and jewelry line Swarovski, dreamt of bringing the European concept of whole-body wellness to Canada. Crystal plays a big role in the hotel’s design, with more than 3.5 million crystals dancing within the walls of the resort.
The highlight of the resort for the PCL team is the four-story glass artwork that marks the entrance. It can be seen from 12.4 miles away, closely resembling the crystals that are within this luxurious getaway.
FOUR SEASONS RESORT OAHU AT KO OLINA – A PIECE OF PARADISE

The Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina project saw the PCL team completely transform the former four-star JW Marriott Ihilani Ko Olina Resort & Spa into this five-star resort and the island’s first Four Seasons. PCL constructed and completely remodeled 371 guestrooms and suites, four restaurants, a lounge, a wedding chapel, and an extensive pool area with an infinity-edge adult pool that has stunning views of Kohola Lagoon.
ATLANTIS HOTEL CASINO RESORT - AN ICON OF THE BAHAMAS
Turquoise waters, white sand, and bright sun define this island retreat. Located on Paradise Island in Nassau, Bahamas, The Cove at Atlantis is the third phase of the ultraluxurious Atlantis Hotel Casino Resort that PCL constructed to bring visionary design together with the bluest ocean and mother-of-pearl hued sand.
PCL added to the impressive offerings of the surrounding resort with a new, themed, 600-room hotel, a luxury condominium/hotel tower, and a dolphin-experience lagoon. The addition of an outdoor water park—complete with a mile-long river ride, childrens park and 65-foot-high temple slide makes this lush getaway the perfect resort for any traveler.
STREAMSONG RESORT - A GOLFER'S HAVEN
Golfers rejoice! Florida’s Streamsong Resort is a luxury golf, spa, and nature-based retreat. Environmentally conscious and committed to economic sustainability, this golf escape is an extraordinary retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.
