Tyler has met many different types of people over the course of his life. His first job was working on a local farm followed by construction work in high school before joining the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. Across this broad spectrum of people in agriculture, construction and military, Tyler has seen many different sides to several different groups of people, which has given him a unique perspective to working with a diverse workforce. It allows him to understand how to better work with people across a range of socioeconomic and geographic backgrounds.
Tyler has a strong passion for mentoring people and building a well-rounded team. He invests in the people he works with every day to create chemistry among everyone and a sense of unity to work together for a common goal.
Tyler's favorite projects are the more complicated ones that offer large technical challenges. He revels in the ability to think outside of the box, find unique solutions and bring the most value to our clients.
