Edmonton, Alberta (December 8, 2022) – PCL Construction is pleased to announce that two of our own have been selected to On-Site Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 in Canadian Construction list. PCL Regina’s district manager Jordan Clouthier and PCL Toronto’s manager of Special Projects Cheyanne Hammell have received the honor.

Jordan began his career with PCL Ottawa in 2008 as a field engineer. He moved into a construction coordinator role in 2010 and later became lead project manager. In 2019, he was promoted to manager, Special Projects. This past September he was promoted to district manager in Regina. Jordan has a Bachelor of Engineering degree, specializing in civil engineering, from Carleton University and is also an accredited LEED Green Associate.

Cheyanne completed four student terms with PCL Toronto before she was hired as a field coordinator in 2007. She has overseen several complex and high-profile projects, including design management of Ontario’s first accelerated build long-term care project Lakeridge Gardens, completed in just 13 months. Cheyanne was promoted to manager, Special Projects, this past July. She graduated from Mohawk College with an Architectural Technology diploma in construction management and holds both LEED Green Associate and LEED AP Building Design + Construction credentials.

“It’s very exciting to continue seeing our PCL family make it onto this list each year it’s been held,” said Mike Wieninger, COO Canadian Operations. “Jordan and Cheyanne are well-deserving of this honor and are excellent examples of leadership and dedication to their work here at PCL and in our industry.”

Now in its third year, On-Site’s 2022 Top 40 Under 40 in Canadian Construction have been selected by a panel of judges based on professional achievements, innovation, leadership, and community involvement.
