Winnipeg, MB (July 26, 2021) – PCL Construction is pleased to announce Kelly Wallace as the new vice president and district manager for our Winnipeg office. He will report to Todd Craigen, president, Eastern Canada.

Kelly’s PCL career began in Winnipeg in 1998, and he was promoted to manager of Special Projects in Edmonton in 2010. In Toronto, he progressed from operations manager in 2013, to district manager in 2015 and most recently to vice president and district manager in 2018.

“Kelly has been an instrumental part of our PCL team right across Canada during his 23 years with the company,” said Todd Craigen, PCL’s Eastern Canada president. “We are extremely fortunate to have Kelly’s leadership qualities and wealth of industry experience returning to Winnipeg as he will continue to lead PCL’s strong community connection throughout Manitoba.”

Kelly has helped deliver some of PCL’s most notable projects, including the University of Manitoba’s Engineering and Information Technology Complex, Edmonton Clinic North (Academic), BMO Field in Toronto, and the Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital in Ontario. He’s a graduate of the Civil Engineering Technology program at Red River College in Winnipeg.

Kelly succeeds Monique Buckberger who’s transferring to the role of vice president and district manager in Toronto.
