Edmonton, Alberta (September 17, 2024) – PCL Construction is pleased to announce that Chris Smith, construction risk manager, from our Toronto office has been selected for the On-Site Magazine + SiteNews Top 40 Under 40 in Canadian Construction list.

With 19 years of industry experience in Canada and Australia, Chris has developed a strong portfolio of complex project pursuits, especially Public-Private Partnership agreements. Chris has progressed from estimator to design manager to his current role since joining PCL in 2012.

He played a key role in acquiring numerous projects, including the LAX ConRAC Facility and healthcare megaprojects. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and superior client service, Chris is lauded for his leadership and ability to distill complex information into actionable insights, setting PCL up for success on some of its most challenging projects.
