Since joining PCL in 2007, Ankit Sanghvi has thrived on PCL’s collaborative environment. Through the company’s employee ownership program, everyone is incentivized to help and support each other, sharing information and best practices transparently to ensure consistent, high-quality results. This approach speeds up the learning curve for new employees and prevents lessons from being learned twice. As Sanghvi puts it, “Your success is my success” is a companywide mentality.

Sanghvi’s background in operations gives him an edge in his current preconstruction role. Having worked as a project manager, Sanghvi understands the downstream effects of preconstruction decisions and knows where to focus his attention. This holistic perspective benefits both projects and clients.

Sanghvi is also PCL’s champion for mass timber projects, always looking for innovative ways to capitalize on the market. He serves as the go-to resource for all things mass timber, presenting the program internally to offices and sharing insights externally with industry audiences.
