He helps to oversee the quality, compliance, and timely delivery of all bids and project pursuit materials.
Segovia’s journey into construction was unexpected. Initially set on a career in architecture, he studied Architectural and Building Sciences Technology in college, drawn to the intersection of design, creativity and practical application. It was during an internship with PCL’s Toronto office that his perspective shifted. The experience introduced Segovia to the dynamic world of construction and estimating, and he quickly recognized the vast opportunities the industry had to offer. He made the decision to pivot and has never looked back.
Today, with nearly 15 years of experience at PCL, Segovia continues to channel his passion and curiosity into every project, blending his architectural foundation with a deep understanding of construction to lead with vision and purpose. Throughout this tenure, Segovia has contributed to numerous projects of significant importance.
