Since joining PCL in 2004, Jim Holtje has played a key role in growing PCL's civil presence across the eastern U.S., particularly in the transportation infrastructure markets. He strives to pass this along to the next generation through teaching, coaching and mentoring. Holtje thrives in the atmosphere of solid teamwork, always taking pleasure in showing up to support his team.
