Richard Hewitt brings nearly 30 years of expertise in water infrastructure to his role overseeing U.S. operations for PCL’s Civil Infrastructure division. Leading one of the nation’s most vital and fastest growing construction sectors, he is responsible for the successful delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Arizona, California, Colorado, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Florida and more.

Under Hewitt’s leadership, PCL consistently delivers high-quality water facilities that address immediate needs while creating enduring benefits for the communities they serve.

A civil engineering graduate from the University of Florida, Hewitt began his career at PCL as a project engineer. His trajectory through the company has been marked by a series of successful projects and a commitment to excellence that propelled him into senior leadership.
