Robert Blankmeyer serves as Operations Manager for PCL’s projects across the Midwest Region, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in commercial construction across five states. He oversees operational excellence for all areas served by Minneapolis Buildings, including Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota. In his role, Blankmeyer ensures project teams consistently deliver safe, high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.

A key focus of his leadership is aligning the right talent with the right projects, fostering a client-centric mindset across teams. He emphasizes the importance of understanding each client’s definition of success and tailoring processes to meet those goals. Blankmeyer believes that building strong relationships grounded in trust and shared purpose is essential to creating lasting impact.
