As part of this office renovation and fit-out, PCL’s Special Project division completed demolition followed by installation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, communications and various finishes. Midway through the project, a mechanical and plumbing union strike stopped production. We adjusted the schedule and worked around outstanding work for both scopes allowing the trade contractors to catch up with minimal delay once the strike was resolved.  

Our detailed planning combined with an in-depth understanding of the client’s priorities kept the project on schedule and ensured a smooth transition into their new offices.
